Getting free
Despite many of the messages we receive, it's not always possible to feel happy, fulfilled, motivated, and clear in the choices we want and need to make. The unique pressures and stresses we experience can be immense. You may not be sure what it is, but something is preventing you from living the life you want.
I can help you bring awareness into the unseen places that have been holding you back for as long as you can remember. With this expanding awareness, you'll begin to recognize that you have new choices. From these new choices, you'll find freedom in ways you may have never experienced. With the freedom to choose differently, you'll begin to realize the truth that lives within you - your highest fulfillment, potential, and meaning.
________
My name's Wes and I'm happy you're here! I figure that knowing a little about me might help you make a better decision about who to choose as your therapist. The people that know me best have most often described me as an explorer. They've used words like curious, thoughtful, courageous, honest, direct, compassionate, methodical, open, and intentional in my approach to self, others, and the world. I feel incredibly grateful to be a counselor-therapist and wouldn't choose to do anything else professionally. I'm fortunate to have my dream job.
In my free time, you'll probably find me climbing, snowboarding, hiking, making music, reading, writing, or spending time with friends and family. I love animals, nature, good food, and new ideas.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions about my practice and how I can best help you. I'd be honored to start our work together as soon as you're ready. You can always email, call, or text me at:
