You're not alone in this
The young men I work with (13+) are dealing with a lot while trying to figure out who they are and where they're headed. Sometimes anxiety shows up as avoiding things or snapping at people. Depression might look like irritability instead of sadness. And the pressure to have everything figured out? It's exhausting. Many feel stuck or disconnected, watching everyone else seem to have it together while they're struggling to keep up. What they really need is a place where they can drop the act, learn some practical tools, build real confidence, and realize their worth isn't tied to grades or achievements. They want to feel in control again, discover what they actually care about, and create lives that feel right for them.
I help young men develop emotional skills, work through anxiety and depression, and handle life's transitions with more confidence. I use practical approaches that actually work, and I create a space where you can be real without worrying about being judged. I also love working with families—parents, we're a team in supporting your son through this.
Reaching out takes guts, whether you're a young guy feeling stuck or a parent concerned about your son. Just know you don't have to figure this out alone. If things feel heavy right now, I'm here to listen and help you find your way forward. Let's have a conversation about what's really going on and take it from there. Whenever you're ready, I'm here.
